The Friar

The Friar was a con-artisit if you ask me. He was lying to people just to get there money anyway he could. He was not really dresses like a normal friar he was dressed very nicely like a doctor or something. The way he makes his living is by getting money from other people by making them think he had the right to hear confessions and then making them pay him. The narrator pretty much that he is a happy person but he is still a begger. At the same time the narrator kind of felt bad for him, he really thought the Friar was poor.
